Delete Your Fit Account

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account

To delete your Fit account and all associated data, follow these steps in the mobile app:

1. Open the Fit app on your iOS or Android device.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap "Delete Account".
4. You'll receive a verification code via SMS or email.
5. Enter the code to confirm deletion.
6. Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted.

Can't access the app?

If you can't sign in to the app, email us from your account email at hello@application.fit and we'll process the deletion manually within 7 days.

What data will be deleted

When you delete your Fit account, the following data is permanently removed:

Personal information

• Name, email, phone number
• Profile photo / avatar
• Gender, birthdate
• Height, weight, activity level
• BMI and health metrics

Activity data

• Meal logs and food tracking history
• Water intake logs
• Weight tracking logs
• Step / walking data
• Daily calorie goals and progress
• Meal plans and preferences
• Achievements and notification preferences

Account data

• Authentication tokens
• Push notification tokens
• Subscription information
• App activity logs
• Conversation history with the assistant

Data retention

• Your account and personal data are deleted immediately upon confirmation.
• Backups may retain copies for up to 30 days as part of disaster-recovery procedures, after which they are automatically purged. Backups are not used for normal operations.

What happens after deletion

• You'll be logged out of the app immediately.
• You will no longer receive notifications from Fit.
• All data will be removed from active systems.
• You'll need to create a new account to use Fit again.

Data we cannot delete

Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
• Records required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance
• Transaction records required for financial compliance
